@kishico それはあくまで一つの説であり、寿司屋の間で間違って広まった説の可能性があります。

@kishico 私高校生の時にアルバイトで働いてた和食ファミレスで､ネギトロ仕込んだことがあります✋
スプーンでマグロの身の付いてる状態のアラから身をこそぎ取り､業務用の魚の脂(マーガリンみたいなケースに入ってた)とゴマ加えて､ミルサーでガーッと｡で出来上がりです｡
多分何処のファミレスもこんな感じ
